Today while wasting a few minutes looking at ebay orchids I found this: an ebay seller using my photo of C. forbesii.
This isn't very nice, but is it illegal? Any lawyers out there?

Growing (and sometimes killing) orchids, primarily those of the Cattleya alliance.
It happens to me too and OrchidSpecies.com has a not about it. The seller is hoping it won't be noticed. Almost always if you contact them through their seller ID they will take it down. Best to add them to Saved Sellers because sometimes they put it back in a month or so.
