Cattleya walkeriana fma.albescens 'White Face' (Tokyo No.1 x Puanani)

Note that this grower appears to have the plant in potting mix. What is more likely is that there is a layer of styrofoam peanuts (or something similar) and only a thin layer of potting soil (or something similar) over it. Just guessing...

Cattleya Callistoglossa

This bloomed for the first time in June. Primary hybrid between purpurata and warscewiczii, alba version from the good folks at Cal-Orchid. James Rose tells me that with good culture one can get 5 or more flowers on a stem. I have two (fairly large) flowers per stem on each of the first two blooms.
